  Jawline Slimming
  Who’s a candidate
  •
Anyone who feels they have a wide lower face
  •
Anyone who wants a more slender, feminine jawline
  •
If you suffer from bruxism (unconscious grinding of your teeth)
  •
If you suffer from headaches from teeth clenching/grinding
  •
If you have large masseter (jaw) muscles
  How does it work

Botox is injected to temporarily relax and minimize the strength of large
masseter (jaw) muscles. By doing this the jawline begins to have a slimmer, more
feminine appearance. This treatment does not affect eating or chewing.
  How long does it last

Botox in the masseter muscles last about 4-6 months.

  Does it hurt

Most patients find the injectable procedure tolerable and quick. The
injections are completed in a few minutes! We can ice the areas before treatment
to numb the injection sites. There may be some slight swelling and/or redness after
the injection, but patients can return to their normal daily activities immediately
  following treatment.
  Can Botox help my headaches

Yes headaches associated with temporomandibular disorder (TMD), bruxism
and/or teeth grinding can be alleviated by injecting Botox in the masseter muscles.
